Meetopia is a digital platform that may offer subscriptions and token-based purchases for premium features. This Refund & Dispute Policy explains when refunds are available, how disputes are handled, and what you should do if something goes wrong with a payment.

1.1 General Rule: No Refunds
All purchases on Meetopia are final and non-refundable, including:
• Subscriptions (monthly/yearly or any paid plan)
• Tokens (credits used for premium features)
• In-app purchases and feature unlocks
• Renewals (automatic or manual)
• Discounted or promotional purchases
This applies even if:
• You did not use the subscription/tokens
• You changed your mind after purchase
• You deleted your account after purchase
• You experienced reduced usage due to personal reasons
• You forgot to cancel a subscription before renewal

2) Exceptions (When We May Help)
Even though refunds are not offered, we will assist in limited cases where there is a verified problem with billing or delivery.
2.1 Charged But Not Received (Token/Feature Delivery Issue)
If your payment was successful but:
• Tokens were not added, or
• The purchased feature was not unlocked, or
• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase,

• Your registered email/phone
• Transaction ID / order ID
• Screenshot or proof of payment
If verified, we will resolve it by:
• Delivering the missing tokens/features, or
• Correcting duplicate credits, or
• Providing another appropriate resolution based on payment records
Note: Resolution depends on confirmation from payment gateways/app stores and our transaction logs.
2.2 Unauthorized Purchase / Suspicious Activity
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization:
• Contact Support@meetopia.co immediately.
We may request additional verification and may recommend securing your device and payment method. If the payment platform confirms unauthorized activity, the resolution will follow that platform’s dispute process.

3) Subscription Refund Policy (No Refunds)
3.1 No Refunds for Subscriptions
Meetopia subscriptions are non-refundable, including:
• Partially used billing periods
• Renewals
• Upgrade/downgrade changes
• Trial-to-paid conversions (if applicable)
3.2 Cancel Anytime to Stop Future Billing
You can cancel a subscription anytime to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4) Token Refund Policy (No Refunds)
4.1 No Refunds After Buying Tokens
All token purchases are non-refundable once completed, whether or not tokens are used.
4.2 Token Usage Is Final
If tokens are spent on a feature, that usage is considered final and cannot be reversed.

5.1 Contact Support First (Recommended)
If you have a billing issue, we strongly recommend contacting Support@meetopia.co first. Most issues can be resolved quickly by verifying the transaction and correcting delivery.
5.2 Dispute Investigation Process
When you raise a dispute, we may:
• Verify payment status with the payment provider (Google/Apple/payment gateway)
• Check Meetopia transaction logs
• Confirm whether tokens/features were delivered
• Request supporting proof (receipt, screenshots, timestamps)
We may also temporarily restrict certain payment features during investigation to protect against fraud and repeated disputes.
5.3 Chargebacks (Important)
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank/payment provider:
• Your Meetopia account may be restricted while the claim is reviewed
• Access to paid features may be limited to prevent abuse
• Repeated chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension (where permitted)

6) Time Window to Report Payment Issues
To help us investigate properly, you should report billing or delivery issues as soon as possible after the transaction. Delays may reduce our ability to verify and resolve the issue, especially if payment providers no longer provide complete logs.

Meetopia does not provide refunds for:
• Accidental purchases
• Forgetting to cancel a subscription before renewal
• Poor internet/device issues on the user side
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
• Account deletion after purchase
• Inactivity or reduced usage
• Any claims not supported by transaction evidence
